I already watch LOST, Prison Break, 24, The OC and One Tree Hill! Do you think I should start watching Grey's Anatomy? And where would you put it in the Top 6 of the tv shows I watch?

You could start watching Grey's Anatomy, but in my opinion it would help to watch season 1 & 2 before you do. They are both on DVD and usually you can rent them from a video store. It helps to get caught up before you jump in, because you will be lost. Also watch the reruns this summer in order to find out what happened during season 3 so you are ready for season 4. Hope this helps, because Grey's Anatomy is one of the most inventive shows on television right now! I would put this above "The OC" and "One Tree Hill" just because the cast is much better and the story lines are more engaging. For me it is tied with Prison Break, LOST, and 24 for top television shows.

well i think you should it's a great show...and the i'd rate the 6 shows like this:
1st 24
2nd grey's anatomy
3rd the oc
4th prison break
5th one tree hill
6th lost

its intresting different with high drama and dashes of comedy
i think you will pretty much like it

grey's anatomy usually deals with faithfulness and love triangle. you can watch it i guess.
