yes, drink plenty of water-least eight to ten glasses a day. sweat as much as possible..sitting in a hot tub/ wearing a jump suit hile jogging with an extra set of clothes on top. Also drinking a shot glass of vinegar b-4 meals kills the fat consumed for that meal.Also HydroxyCut pills are really good for suppressing appetite and it speeds up your matabolism. stay away form pasta and breads.

Yes there is but you can't starve yourself. Exercise 30-40 mins a day 4 - 5 times a week. Eat heathily, Eat about 3 meals a day, plus healthy snacks like fruit to boost your metabolism. Decrease your portion a little for dinner..and don't be scared you will be hungry because of decreasing your portion just drink two glasses of water before dinner. Oh and water water water! Ofcourse there's a quick way to loose weight. Start jogging daily atleast for half an hour and restrict the non-veg diet for sometime.
