Where is the best place to get English Manga of Bleach?

Depends on where you live... Just get it at your closest Anime&Manga store. There are some pop culture stores around where i am and they sell manga too. About every place that sells manga should have the Bleach Manga due to it's popularity. If it doesn't then it isn't a very good store, is it?

Depending on where you live you should be able get Bleach in a prominent bookstore since it's a popular manga. I don't know where you live but I shop mangas at Indigo.

Any bookstore or comic shop should either have it, or be able to get it for you. It's worth checking your local library, too.
