it's tough but think of this:
if you worry about something and it happens, worrying didn't help. and if it doesn't happen, you worried for nothing.

Try this. Remember that your problems are small compared to someone down the road because there is always someone in worse shape than you, so be thankful that your problems aren't what the next persons problems are. My mother used to tell us that growing up and that thought always kept us going through the tough times and there were plenty of those with one parent and 7 kids

Been there many times myself. Then, I found out something. I was "training" my brain to think this way..every time something bad happened. (The brain "auto-programs" itself to what we use most often.)
Throw in some 'positive comebacks", when bad things happen. Your brain will start picking up on it, and this will become part of the program. ( Bad things will start not looking quite so bad.) You formed a new habit.

Thats a tough one but you can't worry about things you cannot change but you can try to find a job, try to seek help from the state, i am not sure what your health is or that of your familys but you could try to get medicade or something, worrying causes stress and stress leads to heart related problems so you should try not to worry.

I figure if I can't fix it, I might as well not worry about it since worrying is a waste of energy. Explore all options.
