great One Jake The Jokeman!! How come you do not have considered one of those "precise contributor" issues below your call? Do human beings decide on them on their very own or some thing? feels like the roaches we see in Coronado Island merely off San Diego, as huge as rats! that could have been a appropriate comedian tale to place up on the board while i exchange into working at hospitals. My wife. It is driving me insane. Her ears are blocked, so I have to shout everything 5 times. Her concentration is down, so she doesn't understand the answer anyway. A one hour trip to the supermarket took 3 hours today. She should have been in bed, but insisted on going... I don't mind the nursing - constant calls for cups of tea or fruit juices, or can you nip down to the chemist for more pills - but the lack of decent communication is driving me crazy.
Please help....
