my internet explorer 6 is not displaying any window when i am double clicking on it...actualy nothing happens when i double click on it what will be the problem how can i get solved this problem , my operating system is xp 2

I had the same problem. I use the browser now only for short times to check hotmail account. I went to Firefox browser and never had a problem since. Firefox allows you to open the windows in the one page under a tab system. On the source box there is a download link for Firefox that is free.

Try downloading the new IE7 or Mozilla Firefox browsers, that may solve your problem.

try another internet server, called mozilla firefox. it works better and doesnt give out any viruses like internet explorer

Dont worry if u r nt able to open IE. Just open my computer type the web address and easy surfing!!!!

Give more details please, check your connection, try to use other internet services like IM software (Yahoo messenger, MSN messenger) if they work then check your browser proxy settings.

Try to check if ur connection is not cut off.
*Start Menu>Accessary>Correspondence>Network Connection (see this part if its not blocked).
