if they hit you near your carotid artery...you could rupture the artery and bleed to death.

no. if hit hard enough in the back of the neck it could possibly sever a vertabret but that is not guaranteed to kill you. if they hit you in the front of the neck it can collapse your wind pipe and you could suffocate if you do not receive medical attention. but there is no sure spot to hit someone in the neck so they will die.

I think that's how Bruce Lee died. There is some place that if you get hit you don't die right away but you definitely die.

the jugular vein is in your neck which supplies blood to and from your brain. so i'd say yes. you could die.

yeh if you press someone carotid they can pass out and die. i dont know where it is though, in the neck somewhere.
