Ok, I have a question. When my boyfriend and I have sex, and when we're in the doggy style position, he sometimes misses my vaginal entrance and try to enter my anal hole or pushes a little bit on both my anal and vaginal hole...if I make sense. He ripped the little fold between the two holes. When it was in the process of healing, and we would have sex again it would rip again. Now, I have a dry skin, like a scab down there. I've been monitoring that area and no other bumps have appeared, but I was wondering. Is there anything I can put down there to help the scab to remove and to completely heal my tear? Should I go to the Ob/gyn? I'm pretty sure it isn't a STD because I've researched the different types and looked at pics to see if my scab matched anything, but it didn't. How can I prevent this from happening again? Now, I do try to guide him to my hole, when we're in doggy style, but what else can I do? More lube? What? ONLY REAL ANSWERS, NO JOKES, PLEASE.

First, no more sex until its better.. 2nd, see a GYN ASAP.. Tears need to be sewn closed I am afraid to say.. Is he always that rough? That area is hard to tear unless during child birth.

NO MORE SEX for now ok?! You must let it heal...

Go to your DR. Have you ever had any children? The skin you are talking about is the area that is clipped when you have a baby so the baby can come out without tearing you. If you don't get clipped during birth and it tears it has to be sewn back together and no sex for 6 weeks. So you may need a stitch or 2 and you need to make sure the tear hasn't gotten infected.Probably not STD but you need to go to DR or it could heal wrong. Tell your bf to be more gentle.

well i would say go to an OBGYN for that only time can heal and continous use will prevent healing. see that region scars and cuts take longer time to heal due to the moist conditions and that a wount needs air to clot the blood and scab up so every time you do that what has scabbed up just broke free and now will have to start all over. so first pice of advice is to stop the activity, and see an OBGYN.

. Continue to "guide him to your hole" if you must. First, though, lay off on the sex for awhile to give your "hole" time to "heal". If you don't feel better in a week or two, see your ob/gyn. The more sex you have, the more you're gonna rip. Take it easy on the doggy...

Good luck

You first nee to let this scab or small "tear" heal. It will continue to do this until you allow it to heal. Having a lesion there can put you at risk for skin infection so keep it clean and maybe even put bacitracin.
Try other positions for a while ones that are not as traumatic then as you said try to lubricate yourself KY-jelly prior to sex.

Yes, he getting better aim would solve your problem. Let the tear heal naturally unless you have an infection or other negative symptoms. I don't agree with the one that said sewing is needed. Small cuts in the vaginal area are better left to heal by themselves even after child birth.

see you have a small problem there , i don't know how many times you have sex, but it is sure that you are not giving the body time to repair itself , as u know the areas near the private place is very delicate and also moist all times and so it takes time to cure down there , i suggest you to have sex after the area has been cured , put normal antiseptic in low amounts with water and clean it regualar don't massage hard down there okay....

take care....
