How would a corporation go about leasing or renting a home for it's president? The corporation will making all rent & utilliy payments for it's president. Most all rental property comes with an application and will need a name on the lease. Can the corporation's name be on that lease? Can a corparation fill out an application?

I think some companies add it on their expense account, the individual may do all the paper work in his or her name, but the company totally make all payments and write it off on their expense account.

Corporations frequently rent homes and condos. Usually thru a real estate agent. I live i Florida near the space center. Corps frerquently rent beach front places for employees on short term projects.
