You are in a rut. You probably have an inbuilt fear that if you were to be happy, something would happen to take that happiness away. Therefore, easier to be miserable and not have to worry about bombing out. The fact that you are asking here suggests you want to throw this problem in the bin, just do it and go for it. Yes, you will get kicked down from time to time but that's what makes the highs even higher! Try it, you may be very surprised!

I can't help but be miserable myself. I want to be happy but I let things get me depressed easily. Add me to ur yahoo msn and we can help each other out yea? its easier getting around a problem when u know some1 else has that same problem, that way u dont feel alone.

sorry to hear that your stuck in this rut. right then.....it sounds oh so simple but all you have to do is look on the positive side of everything. find out what interests you in life/ hobbies and take them further but dont over do it as you will think 'oh all iv been doing is ******* and im bored again' , so very your selection. take up a new career, snatch a few new friends.....the list is endless.scott

maybe you need to gain some redirection from a new thought of a book or something and forget what ever it is bugging you . I like chanting mantras sometimes but I still need food for thought to redirect my mind and feelings usually follow a little like positive reinforcement but less structured and new not redone.

you are miserable because you are not satisfied yet where your life is right now. but please, understand we all go through these things. refocus your energy and mind onto all the positive things about yourself and life...then, decide where you are and where you want to be. make the plan, make the changes and your life becomes the destiny you desire!
