easy.
clinton. he worked for americans and improved our lives domestically instead of committing every ounce of effort and resources and coinage elsewhere and did a nice job of helping clean up some of the fiscal disaster left by reagan and "41". he actually enacted environmental legislation that was for the better of the earth, not huge companies (like .....cough cough......halliburton...)
yeah he got freaky with the whole cigar in the fat chick's **** but big deal, and least he didn't drive this country into the ditch. and here's a concept.....dude has diplomatic skills and actually could formulate concepts in his brain about how foreign cultures work....empathy in this kind of post is crucial and has been lacking in this latest joke of an administration, in a massive way. hence the primary reason the middle east is a disaster now and we americans are more hated and laughed at internationally than at any other time in american history.
after clinton, jfk runs second.

I am tied between FDR and Bill Clinton. FDR we all can agree on his major contribution to the USA (getting america out of the great depression). As for clinton some conservative Americans will only remember the scandals (monica, whitegate), but what about the highest growth rate in US history ever under his presidency, he made and supported policies that facillitaed this growth.

Ronald Reagan. He had the guts to tell a very well liked, but still communist leader, Mikail Gorbachev, "Mister, Gorbachev. Tear down this WALL!" He took a chance, telling our biggest enemy of the time, to do the right thing, and it worked! He did the right thing, when Libya was terrorizing our people, hijacking airlines, so he sent our military to bomb Kadfi's house. It worked! The hijacking, and terror stopped! Ronald Reagan made his country feel good, when we were down. He loved his people, and his country, America, more than he loved himself. That is what I saw in him. He protected us, took necessary risks, for the benefit of USA. I am kinda in love with the man he was. Bless America.
