How could you not be suspicious?!? And you need not downgrade it to "slightly".
Several possibilities:
There was a Jim in her past, maybe before you knew her.
Or she was fantasizing about someone she thinks is hot but would never go after (or would like to go after).
Or she is having an affair.
None of these are particularly pleasant to contemplate, but they are not equally serious. All sorts of things come out of Pandora's box when you are drunk, and they cannot be taken in the same way as sober declarations. At the very least, she is not consciously trying to hurt you. She may not remember saying what she said, but I don't doubt that she CAN AND SHOULD tell you the source.

Don't upset yourself by the guessing game.It would just eat u up.Talk to her about it.Perhaps if u r friendly towards her,she might have confessions to make.Jim can be her ex lover even(before she got married to u)...don't make assumptions.Have respect in her.IF she denies having an extra marital affair and u are still suspicious, look out for clues that would confirm your suspicion.If u find none,great!Remember that marriage is all about love, respect,understanding and trust.good luck...
