I'm having a party for my 21st, want a theme for fancy dress anybody got any suggestions? The stranger the better!

Make it a colour theme. Purple parties are always fun! Everyone wears something purple and you can colour the drinks with food dye as well.
Or maybe green? Black and white theme also works well. If you use a colour theme everyone can join in without feeling foolish. Well ... it works for Elton John ha ha x

I've been to a couple of 80's parties, they were great fun!
Also a Rolling Stones themed party
And a Song Title Themed party (dress up as a song title - eg, I was going to go as Gold by Spandau Ballet and wear all gold - but this one requires quite a bit of thought)
Or you could have a movie themed party, like on Gilmore Girls they have a Quentin Tarantino party
Also make sure you tell people they have to dress up to be let in, otherwise some people will be weiners and not dress up or have prizes for best costume or something.

Why don't... you all go dressed up as Bin people? You said wierder and that would probably be the wierdest thing to go as. But anyways.......
I think a colour party would be nice.
Try Black or Red. Or............... A random other colour!

well you could try aliens or give people the instructions that they can only make their costumes out of cardboard and other recycling stuff or my daughter just chiped in with vampires but anyway have a good party

You can go for the 60's dress styles, or the 70's, or egyptian style...

Why not just keep it simple and have a toga party. Everyone will look nice,(men with their bare chest) and its inexpensive, requiring only creativity. Something like this:

black never goes wrong! its elegant and sexy!
Something you can show off your curves in, can be Long or short! and nice black high heels!
