Firstly, If you are young and handsome, go for Cabin Crew jobs in Airlines company. A very good career with no investment+high rewards and chance to move around the world
Second,If you can manage, and your age allows, go for civil services exams and you can always be an ambassador for any country in this world ( this need caliber in you to pass this exam) >>again no investment
Third, if you have good qualification thn you can approach to trustworthy recruitment consultants for overseas jobs.
Fourth, Work and save and you can apply for overseas immigration visas

Depending on your age, join the military. Navy and air force have a higher chance of going overseas.
If you are not at the right age, the courier companies actually send runners overseas for short assignments such as special deilvery of documents. You can pay a minimal amount to extend your stay there.
That's what my friend did to go to south east asia. From what i know, there are choices to go to europe too.
