first off you're not explaining why your down....if its because of lack of love than you need to find someone fast...you have to make the best of what you have to offer....Meaning yourself no matter how you look....people can be rude and they want magazine types, but thats not the real world.....go out and find someone, trust me there is someone out there

there is something that is making you feel that way. If something bad has happened to you reach out ASAP to a family member no matter how you think they will feel.
If it is life in general try writing a song or poem that expresses your feelings.
