Ok my mystery snail looks like its trying to push over one of my plastic plants..... Does anyone know why it would try and do this or look like its doing this...

Are you sure it's trying to knock it over? It could just be that it is trying to climb your plastic plant and due to the plastic being smooth is having trouble getting a firm grip!

mystery snails are a real mystery. I would assume however that the snail is probably trying to climb the plant but because of the makeup of the plant or the mass of the plant in relation to the snail the climb is not going well. The snail may also be trying to eat the plant if he thinks it is real (or eating algae on the plant)

There could be food stuck under the plant so the snail is trying to push it over to get to it.

sounds like the snail wants to fight the plastic plants
