An ex did a sex tape of me and him without my consent. This was clasified as a crime in 2003 by parliament. The tape was made in 1999. Can I get him done for it?

You cant be charged with "Voyerism" as it's not a crime ( or was not at the time) , you could be charged with various other things, public order being the obvious one, there's a lot of law's out there you could fall foul of, it really does depend on who saw who doing what with who'm and who had permission or not ( indicated, given or otherwise) to view such act's as were carried out.

Evidence would be hard to find, unless you got caught filming / photographing someone and the media used is no longer in your hands, but even the, who can prove you were behind the camera ?

If youre worried about it that much, go and visit a solicitor.

Oh yes, but might be difficult to prove.

They are still catching paedo preists who carried out their wicked acts in the 1970's so 2003 isn't that long ago.

The difficulty might be getting proof.

I don't think there is a defined crime called 'voyerism'
(i would say this term refers more to a fetish)
I think you have the wrong term for whatever it is that happened,
Possibly invasion of privacy or something along those lines is more appropriate, but you'd need to consult a legal web site,

It depends on what he is doing with the tape And who has copies.
If you just showed the tape to the police I think they would be interested in watching it but wouldn't do anything about it.

why dont you put it on youtube and let us decide.

Voyeurism isn't a crime. You'll have to be more specific.
