All three are completely separate from each other.

Power point is a part of MS office and is used to make slides.

Movie maker is a program that lets you make homemade movies on your computer.

Flash player is a macromedia application that makes or runs animated movies.

Just to expand on the first post's point.

PowerPoint usually exports as .ppt
Flash normally has .flv or .swf - with an .fla editable
And moviemaker as normally .divx .div, .avi, .mov, .wmv or similar
