if you are in the process of splitting up and you have children usualy a solicitor will sort out financial matters straight away before a divorce is finalised...as divorces can take a long time it is wise to have things set straight especially if children involved.

absloutley not!! I have been married for almost 20 years, and have had many struggles. If you love each other it is well worth the fight. If you don't love each other then it is a different story of course. It all depends on if there is love. I would say. Hope this helps. May God Bless you both and keep you safe!

You gave no details. Based on such a simple question with no details on a public website about a personal marriage..I would reccommend both a divorce and a psychiatrist

This is usually sorted out before the divorce becomes absolute.

You're wasting your time asking us...meanwhile, your husband is playing it smart by talking to a real lawyer while you sit talking to a computer...

No not at all. You can have any financial arrangement and still remain married.
