I am in a relationship, but he lives 5000 miles away and has a rather low sex drive at the best of times, we only see each other a couple of times a year at best, but apart from the obvious I am very happy and would not consider being unfaithfull, but thats not helping the fact my vibe is broken and there are only so many cucumbers you can pick up at the store b4 people start to look at you kinda funny. Anyway I am going out of my head any helpful advice on how to calm me down or resolve the situation?

If you are really serious and he is too, then what's wrong with phone sex...texting stuff and all that! It worked for my husband, then on the other hand...it was with someone else!!!!

Find the same guy with a more avid sex drive. Let me tell you, there is almost nothing worse than being non compatible in the bedroom. Either that or maybe instruct him on how to be a cunning linguist if you know what I'm saying. The miles though, that is rough...I think you may have to find someone new before you pop!

Move closer to him or consider another relationship w/ someone closer, sounds like it might happen anyway, if it's causing dementia. Being demented could end up with you hurting yourself if you started trying weird things to get off. Sex addicts anonymous may be worth a try.
