Assuming that you stop the clock at midnight, wouldn't that make the sun rise at midnight when you restart it?
Then the year after, it'd rise at 6PM...
Then the year after that 12PM...
Then the year after that it'd be back to 6AM, until someone decided to stop the clock again.
All that hassle just to keep the seasons in line? ...Neyh.

I like the idea but i think it would be weird. We can just have the 29th of feb a free for all.
