In India, as scientists, they all very well know - cell by cell - how the Indians (right from common men, upto dirty politicians including the highly corrupt police and the beaurocrats) are spoiling their own country. How can they render even the basic services in a nasty atmosphere like that.
In abroad, on the other hand, they have everything at their command to do their best for the humanity as a whole and enjoy so doing. Everything I mean: right RESOURCES at the right MEASURE and at the right TIME ! Above all, the dignity and encouragements offered by all concerned. Don't you all agree!!

If you would see look at the Indian market, things are changing rapidly. In 5 years, more and more people are going to come India. There so many pharmaceutical and biotech companies coming up. The demand for scientists are going up in India.

IN INDIA THEY GET LESS SALARY AS COMPARED TO THEY GET IN ABROAD.AND ONE MORE THING EVERY ONE IN HIS LIFE WANTS TO ENJOY LIFE OUT OF INDIA.DEFINITELY IF WE GET CHANCE TO GO ABROAD WE WILL GO.THATS Y THE SCIENTISTS GO ABROAD INSTEAD OF WORK IN INDIA.
