This is my look on life:
"I have two options in life, give up or go on, the first is not really an option for me, so that really only leaves one"
I just lost my job, a job I really liked a lot, but lost it do to absences i wracked up. First it was just being a little bit late back from break or lunch ( I had an ego issue, and felt that I was indespensible, I could do what I want, because I was an over acheiver, but then began to get ill, and that was the killer in my career, it caused me to be absent one time too many and I got the pink slip, over the phone for that matter!), getting fired came at the worst time, I had just lost my uncle, I was planning on getting some serious dental work done, since I could finally afford it, and had great insurance. And I was planning a vacation in a couple of months to go out of town to witness the birth of my first grand child. All of these crushed by the fact that I am now jobless, and have to search for another job.
I spent two days in a funk, and cried all the time, but what can I really do? get another job, and put my personal issues back on the back burner, there will be plenty of time for me to go visit my grandbaby in the future. So I have to go on, no other choices.

Its very easy.
Just sit down in a comfortable position, Close Ur Eyes and remember any happy moments of Joy in Ur life, Just think a little on it, remain sited in the position at least 20 minutes and concentrate on Ur inner soul, never heed to anything going on .

Very soon u will be free from all sort of depression and will enjoy Ur life.

Life as everyone knows is not a smooth drive all the way rather it is a roller coaster ride .I believe that having complete confidence in your abilities ,grooming up your potentials, doing those things which you have always wanted to do but could not due to some reason and surrendering thy self unto GOD is the best medicine for this problem.Try helping others caught in similar problems and you would know how to help yourself!

It really, really helps to exercise. Just half an hour a day of walking to start, but do it every day.

If the depression lasts longer than two weeks, or you feel suicidal, then go to the doctor, as short-term medication will help. Counseling also helps, too.

Ask an elder person you trust to

PULL YOUR EARS THREE TIMES A DAY, and make you finish your responsibilities .

concentrate on your 'Karma' and not what has happened , or will happen. You can change neither.
