How did you feel after helping a person who is in need?
Didn't you ever experienced true love ?
Sure you did.
Didn't you feel terribly guilty for doing something bad or for failing or disappointing someone ?
Didn't you feel terribly weak as a creature or a person?
Sure you did.
Then you have lived in samples of Heaven and Hell (respectively)
True Heaven and Hell are extensions to what you have experienced.
I hope that I gave a convincing proof !

Strangely, I believe that Hell exists more than Heaven does. I think it's because I'm terrified of the unknown and I, just like everyone else, has no idea what happens when we die. Oh, they can say they know what happens. But, they will not actually know until it actually happens to them and even then, if there is no afterlife, then they will not even know that they are dead because THEY ARE DEAD. As you can see, I am very conflicted here. I am soul searching.
And sometimes when I truly believe there must be a Heaven, I think that Hell is life on Earth. I'm sure a lot of people have heard that idea.

The rule of trinity is applicable for everything.
Places - Heaven, Earth , Hell
If you accept it for the sake of a concept, Analise. A person cannot be in all these places at the same time. If he is in one place he will not know the details of his being in another location.
The easiest way to understand is that, because of your attitude, you can create all these three situation by yourself. Perfection in all aspect is Heavenly - perhaps an impossible situation. Mediocre situation is Earth - the normal life we can live. The worst situation is Hell. No body knows what is life. It is not the body that we see. Because the life is inside the body they say. Then no body can say where the life comes from or where it goes. No body has ever seen a life. We also know that life can neither be created not destroyed. Exactly similar to energy. So according to holy books life's existence is permanent. it remains in heaven Earth or hell according to the activities or " Karma" of that life.

heaven, yes, but not in the general sense. Hell? where do you think we are? LOL I mean seriously, what could be worse than being here on Earth, going through all these ups and downs, going through suffering and happiness alternately, with no strip of time where we're just always happy and filled with evernew joy? LOL

yes it must exist. if there is no heaven or hell then how are the good people who have suffered a lot are going to be rewarded or how bad people who live a comfortabe life in this world are going to be punished. how are we going to punish people like bush, hitler and all the cruel kings and leaders in the world. sadam was hanged, but was it really enough; did he really suferred as much as he made other people suffer?

Without evidence its just fanciful thinking. While it might be nice to see long dead relatives or live a life of eternal bliss, without proof, it's just fanciful thinking. Heaven cushions you from the dreadful finality of death.

They both exist right here; which is a way of saying neither of them exist. So, what do we mean by exist?
