if a program is created in foxpro can it easily be edited in foxpro?

or do I have to have programming experience to do it? If so where can I find someone to do it? or where can I learn it fast I need to just change a few links and dates

Programming basics are the same, try to use help file, you know there is a sort of common routines in programming like:
Arrays, conditions, loops, functions and data validities.

I recommend you to find this routines and convert your program to one of usual and simple programming languages like VB.
