Yep. I tackled a truly grievous wrong done some friends of mine at the hands of a major pharmaceutical chain. It took a couple of hours, but was worth every second, especially as I knew that they had not, and probabloy would not, file a well deserved complaint:
My friend and his wife, on their way home from his having lung cancer surgery, stopped to pick up some of his vital medications. He sat in the car for 2+ hours bc the staff couldn't get it together to figure out the proper billing for the meds. He sat there with his oxygen tank well on its way to running completely out.
We're in eastern WA state in the middle of winter where it's sunny, balmy, just like being in Hawaii--NOT. I kicked some righteous butt over this.
I addressed the letter to the store manager over the website, but found an e-mail saying my complaint was going to be sent to, and addressed by, the District Manager.
Yesssssss!
The even better part about it, is that I told them they could contact me in followup to my complaint submission, but that my friends were definitely NOT to know who had ratted the store pharmacy out.
Sweeeet. In an otherwise, generally sucky personal life, I'm soooo happy.

I'm getting my hair done at a salon for the first time since June last year. I hate going to the hairdressers but I like it when it turns out well!
