outlook expres keeps freesing and loading slowly when I try yo check my email? Is there a tool to fix that?

Outlook express is the worst E-mail tool on the Internet,
my advise is to not use it at all,
go directly to the source of your e-mails and get them that way,
this also helps in preventing Viruses. which may be your trouble now.

try to save files in local drives
as pst file
Archive ur mails or any folders to that pst file folder

it really improves outlook speed much faster
