Go to the xbox website, and in accessories, there should be a VGA-out adapter. You'll have to buy that.

Of course you can do it with a Play Station moron.
You can get a Scart to almost any lead wires, including almost definetly what you use.

I dont know about the xbox but i know you cannot do it with play station. But they do sell small monitors that you can attach to the device and its awesome... Maybe xbox is similar.
