My sister is 23, never takes off her makeup, has no beauty regime and has the most fantastic skin I have ever seen, she never gets spots and her skin glows. I asked her how she does it and she says she drinks a carton of orange juice ever day, full of vitamin c and anti-oxidents. Ive tried it and it works, cranberry juice (2 glasses) a day is also excellent.
Ive read about the benefits of cranberry juice in the book you are what you eat.
The new Oil of Olay moisturiser Definity which is just out is very good. Im using it for the last 2 weeks and my skin looks lovely, I can wear less make-up with it. A bit pricy but worth the investment!

Lots of water. Lots of fruit and veg. You may want to take a course of sulphur and multivitamin supplements which you could get from Holland and Barrett or another health store. Exfoliate - try Susan Molyneaux facial exfoliant, which is sold by certain beauty salons, it contains bergamot which is fantastic for brightening your complexion and lifts your spirits too.

Also, you may be using too many products which are taking away your natural moisturization - sometimes less is more.

attempt a young exfoliating scrub for the face, toner, and brightening epidermis moisturizer. additionally use a staggering tinted moisturizer on your face and a few sparkling pink cheek colour for a radiant glow. For the indoors self I recommend ingesting alot of water and taking supplementations on a regular basis.

Drink at least 2 liters water each day. Do not suffocate your skin with creams (Nivea is ok!). Do not smoke. Eat vegetables and fruits. Breathe deeply, walk, run, practise some sports in the open air (with sun block filter). Think of what makes you happy, and smile. Fall in love (or re-fall in love) with a person or job or hobby. There's nothing better, and you'll look gorgeous at any age

Firstly, avoid anything containing Aspartame.

This chemical ruins your body. Skin problems, hair problems, internal problems, health issues, mental health, they are all linked to aspartame poisoning.

Secondly, for your skin: Avoid anything with petroleum by-products in. Parrafin bp and the like. Use a Natural based product like 'Forever Living Aloe Moisturiser'.

Why put mineral oil based products on / in you? Yakk!

Aloe Vera will do more for you than any other product, check it out.
