sometimes my hands are hot from energy...Although, i am in a cold enviroment..I don't know what is happening.....And sometimes i feel like very low electricity pass my body..I have that things 1-2 years now....Why is that?

You could have a low galvanic skin resonse. I have the same condition. Current passes more easily through me than the average person, causing me to occasionally burn out a brand new light bulb with a touch, or to be static-shocked by everything very easily. It is rare, but documented, and far from unheard of. There is nothing wrong with it, aside from having to buy lots of light bulbs...

It has something to do about the nervous system. Does anxiety disturbs you. In our church during hand shakes, I could detect with emotional trouble by their hands sweating, some are hot like yours, and some are mild.
