If you can seperate the items it may work pout cheaper to send in 2 x 20KGs packages.
If not try Bax Global (google it) they are very good and will collect it from you. Failing that you could try Parcelforce although it may be above their max. weight.
Whatever you do AVOID UPS - they'll lose it, damage it, delay delivery and generally be incompetant! (voice of much experience)

The answer would depend on that....
If you cannot afford DHL, tell someone u know who is travelling to take it along and pay the duty....if whatever you're mentioning is legal to take on flight....
If you know someone in the Merchant Navy - that may be a useful contact..... or simply send 40 kgs of whatever it is, in installments if that works out cheaper
