Period pains can be relieved by soaking in a hot bath, a heating pad, or over-the-counter medications such as Midol or Tylenol.

As for the bloating, well, I'm not sure, but it will pass. Welcome to womanhood.

Hello. Well, if you have a heating pad--use it! I find that when I am bloated or if I have bad/severe cramping, the heating pad works well by relaxing all of my inside muscles and organs. Some people might say not to use it longer than 20 minutes, but I use mine for an hour...then stretch...then another hour. Also, try staying away from caffeine, eggs, dairy products and starchy foods when you are about to start your period and while on your period. I have found that helps *me.* Also, don't eat heavy meals because it will make you feel more bloated. Drink lots of water. I like ibuprofen (Advil). I take about 4-5 at a time. But, depending on your body type/etc, start out with 2. Best of luck! Be well.

They say it depends on every woman. My cousin didn´t even know that she has the period, I mean no pain at all. While I had terrible problems with tummy pain, sickness and headache. Not much to do about it : the hot packs in your buttom tummy, relaxing teas, a free day if possible. For me it also works with sweet food.
I don´t know how old are you, but you´ll see that it goes a way bit by bit once you are 25 (approx) - and the sexual relation don´t have anything to do with it.

ok, you have to get hot packs lay down your bed, relax and place the hot packs over your lower belly (pelvic area), if you have back pain put it also to that area...

then, about your tummy, after your period, you have to go walking and/or jogging everyday for 20-30 minutes. by doing so, you will decrease the chance of getting Dysmenorrhea again.
