File a complaint with Ebay's buyer protection program....they will refund part of your purchase price (not all). Before doing that I'd contact the person and ask for your money. Do they have any user feedback? Another option (the effectiveness of this will vary with the person/company's size) is that if they don;t refund your money....contact D/A in their area for fraud. Depending on the amount of what you bid on...it may or may not be worth filing a complaint in court as well.

Report the person to Ebay. By taking your money, they have entered into an agreement to sell. Ebay will chase the person up for you.

This is an easy one.......... report him to ebay, you might have to wait a week or so to report an item not recieved, if you paid using Paypal you will get a full refund. You could also put a complaint in to Paypal too but Ebay will communicate with paypal to ensure your full refund, dont worry.

I dont use eBay but I would expect there is an FAQ on the site which details what to do in this event. They must have a complaints procedure where you can recover the money.

report them to ebay, if you've paid via paypal you can claim your money back even though this takes a few weeks if you've not paid then you've had a lucky escape.
most of all leave them BAD feedback!
