I interest in astrophysics and particle physics. Which course should I take in university? How about with nanotechnology, mainly doing research in what field?

My guess... your probably a freshmen. You'll almost always need physics, astronomy, and chemistry to enter those classes.

If your really asking about a major... tech universities offer degrees in astrophysics, and general physics, but for "naneotechnology" I would suggest a degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engendering.

wow you must be really smart, i think you should take a class based on:
a. more demand in the future (for higher pay)
b. whatever you like the best
