sounds like she's really confused or emotional is she pregnant right now or has she had the baby. If she's pregnant you have a roller coaster ride in store.

Just give her the some space. MAybe she is just confused about things, I know it may be hard but let her go but make sure you tell her that you love her and your just giving her some space. See what happens then. Good Luck.

You aren't satisfying her in the right ways. She needs allot of support right now and is probably emotionally confused. Confront her about your true emotions and tell her straightforwardly that you love her (if you do that is.)

She probably just goes thru feelings of wanting someone to take care of her and wanting freedom. Sounds like she loves herself

if she lives with you and has not left get ready for a cheating love it sounds like maybe she has her eye on someone allready and is just trying to push you away so she want feel guilty
