1) Swimming
2) Wearing as little clothes as possible
3) Wearing loose fitting clothes
4) Doing as little as possible.
5) If you have long hair, tie it up
6) Waving a piece of paper in front of your face
7) Wet a towel, put it in the freezer for 10 minutes, then wrap it around your neck. Re-wet and refreeze as required

Right now I need ways to stay warm it's 19 degrees..
But in summer, I have a pool, so keep cool there, or in the hot tub with it turned down..

I live in the tropical climate what we do here in India is drink lots of butter milk tinted with salt and lemon and you stay cool without any adverse effects of heat / summer falling on you.

if the humidity is low then damp always works - if the humidity is high use fabrics that wick moisture ( it really is the humidity not the heat )
