Erm.. u need to create textbox for input.. then a label or a textbox for output.. in a simple calculator u need 4 function or more to make ur calculator work.. the function all u can use radio button to replace it.. then u create a calculate button for user to click on after key in number.. if you dun understand what i mention up there.. you can contact me i mayb can show u my form..

Hi there. It's quite difficult to give you the code on here as it's bound to be quite lengthy and will require time to actually produce the code for you offhand. Here are some samples I found on the internet that does the same, with source code as well.
