Either Chicken curry with soft fried noodles or beef in black bean sauce with soft fried noodles. I like chicken ball on the side but not the sweet and sour sauce.

General TSO's Chicken, Sessame Chicken, or the place I go to makes a great curry noodle dish they call Singapore Noodles.
