I think you mean Crobat. Crobat is the final evolved form of Golbat. As stated previously, it's a Poison/Flying type. Crobat is a powerful pokémon to fight against. Firstly, it is one of the fastest pokémon in the game. It has a higher base speed stat than Alakazam to give you an idea. Trying to outspeed Crobat is not a very smart idea unless you have an exceptionally fast pokémon. Also, it has access to those really irritating moves. Namely Taunt, Confuse ray, Haze, Toxic and Mean look. It can also deal a good ammount of damage, having access to moves like Sludge Bomb, Serial Ace and Shadow ball. These couple well with its good attack stat and huge speed, making any fight against a Crobatt risky.
To defeat a Crobat, you need to pick on its weak points. Their defences aren't that great and they can't take a strong super effective hit. They have weaknesses to Psychic, Rock, Electric and Ice. If you're able to hit it with Super-Effective hits, it will be down in no time.
If I had to name a single pokémon to fight Crobat with, it would have to be a physically defensive Psychic type such as Solrock. Sulrock can exploit two of Crobat's weaknesses, Rock and Psychic. It also has the defences to be able to take a shadow ball. But be prepared to switch out if it gets confused.

Crobat is a flying/poison type so use an electric type or a psychic type to beat it.
