Buddy, if your feelings are true and real, than trust me, that girl must be knowing it well in advance. As for now just proceed with simple Hi and Hellos and gradually move forward.
Always remember friendship with girls or for that matter builts up only when u show the othe person that you can be trusted and are good.

u know things like that cant happen in one seating or ul risk giving her a bad impression of you and drive her away. just be visible first. be there when she is around. and then maybe you can come up to her and introduce yourself and make friends. when are you are constantly seeing each other then later you may ask for her number or walk her home or drive her home. you see getting to know each other comes first then establish trust second, and the rest will follow. and timing is everything, when u you see that the timing is right, then let her know that you liked her since te day you met her..... and as i said, the rest will follow...allow things to unfold on its natural course. dont rush things.

Compliments, a million and a half of them, they need to be pouring out of your mouth like niagra falls.
If she doesn't get the picture after you tell her shes beautiful, shes fun, shes got a great personality or shes got pretty eyes, then be entirely straight forward.
In reality, the only perfect way to tell some one you like them is by saying "I really like you".
Otherwise what else can you really say.

" i think your cute and like ya"' quirky like.
be loose and show her ypur having fun and feel comfortable around her.

it's simple man, just tell her what you like about her. there's nothing wrong about it. don't think that she's too hot for you, nobody's hotter than you unless you don't think your hot... really, quit the sissy attitude... does'nt work nowadays...
