Here's another suggestion:
"White Man's Burden" with John Travolta and Harry Belafonte, is set in an alternate America where the positions of Black and White are reversed, i.e. Blacks form the prosperous elite and Whites are the oppressed poverty stricken underclass. Interesting concept, though it could have been better. Worth having a look at though....

Try some of the oldies, like Humphrey Bogart films,
Or the X-Files had a few. non-alien,
Sophies Choice with Meryl Streep
you can look up ethnic films as well lots are listed that way and you will see the bigotry from all angles of culture in every race. The Rising Sun with Sean Connery, and Wesley Snipes, and Tia Carrera, She was the one that her own Japanese were bigoted against because she was born lame as well as a mixed blood.

east is east , its a comical yet serious film about the cultural differences between Asians and whites, its based on a mixed race family .... superb acting! Its a very realistic portrayal of the differences and even tho it was set in the 70's its still relevant today !

In the Heat of the Night mainly featured racism against blacks, but it also dealt with a kind of reverse racism as well, when the black detective found himself to be prejudiced against a rich white suspect.
Schindler's List.
There are numerous movies depicting racism against native american indians, chinese americans, and mexican americans.
