Infinity is a concept that man cannot fully understand. We are so used to seeing defined edges of everything that we cannot accept the thought of "infinity". Just like time. It is a man-made concept. Can you graspp the thought of the non-existence of time? I can't either, but it's just to make a point.
Think about it, if you found the absolute edge of the universe, what would be there? A wall? a sign that reads "Congradulations, you found it"? "Dead end"? No. Again, man cannot except the existence of a complete void of nothingness. We would have to believe that there is empty space there with no matter (which would make it a continuation of what we call space anyways).
Again, "infinity". Or maybe I am thinking too much like a human because I cannot grasp the concept of the end of the universe.

No, we'll not be able to see back to the beginning of the universe. The reason is that for a brief time immediately after the Big Bang that started the whole thing, the space of the universe expanded faster than the speed of light (..this is called the 'inflation theory' which is another aspect of the overall Big Bang theory..) Undoubtedly there are stars and galaxies within that inflated region of space, but because they're receding from us faster than light we'll never see them.

We would dissolve into 'not something'. My questioning is going like this to go back up with the above answer.... previous the fringe of area, there does not be any area... if there is no area, there should be not something there. If we are able to deal with to flow the fringe of area by some skill, interior the absence of area, our being can not have any actual measurement... we would then develop into some type of metaphysical existence meaning we are able to't be sensed any extra via the 5 sensory organs nor can we experience something without a actual presence. If we believe that after we anticipate of about this, our theory has lengthy previous there, then our by some skill handling to commute there'll turn our body into something like a theory that should be with none actual dimensions. it really is what I recommend by technique of declaring that we'd per chance dissolve into not something. thanks for a best celeb question letting my mind's eye fly for the time of area and previous!!

we can see very very 'deep' it's all a matter of time ( we can't see the beginning ever because there was nothing to see)
look at it this way - all things came from a point and the radiation from that point passed us by long ago - we can only see things that went further from that point than we have and are radiating back towards us ( or things that didn't go as far ) we can never see the event from inside the universe

I believe there was a "dark era" for a long time after the beginning through which radiation cannot pass.

Actually, astronomers have done exactly that--check out the NOVA program on the subject on the PBS websight.

Sounds like that would need faster than light travel, and so far that's impossible.
