Well, it's nowhere to be found on Google. Therefore it's not a commonly used file or one that's part of Windows. In other words, you don't need it. It may even be (don't be alarmed) malicious.
Click on the START button, then click RUN. Type MSCONFIG and hit ENTER. Click on the StartUp tab and look for the line that has hkskjyh.dll in it, or something similar and un-check it.
In any case uncheck anything that's not familiar or seems useless. You CANNOT harm your PC from here. This is where most programs start from when you fire up your PC. I have my check boxes cleared in almost every instance on every PC in the house.
Some program is trying to start that requires that "hkskjyh.dll" file and you either don't have it or it's not in the right place. Either way, who cares? The program (whatever it is) won't work without it, so just go to MSCONFIG and stop it from even trying to start.

Hi there. From my experience, any files that sounds gibberish and in no way would an acronym would make it sense, it's prob there as a reasult from a trojan horse, virus or worm. On the safe side, move that file to a temporary folder on c:\ , eg c:\temp-dll, and try running the computer for a few days, if nothing bad or errors happens, it's safe to say that it can be deleted. After all, it's trying to be loaded and it can't, but does your computer continues to run smoothly? If so, it's prob not needed.
As an extra future precaution, try running a malware or antivirus program like spybot in case the original program that deposited that .dll file was still hanging around somewhere on your hard drive.
Hopes this helps

Hmmm. Sounds like you may have gotten a hold of some
Adware or Spyware. The file doesn't resonate in my mind. Eliminate with a good Spyware removal program ASAP.

Google shows no results, it sounds very fishy, like a trojan.
