What has "on the wagon" got to do with being male or female? To my knowledge,. on the wagon is the term you use when someone is giving up drugs or something. As in "John's on the wagon you know." Meaning he's trying to give something up. Not a male or female thing as far as i know. :)

the expression 'on the wagon' can relate to a man or a woman who has given up drink. i think alot of people stereotype it with a male scenario but it can be referred to either sex.
