Puttig them up and sailing the boat would be the best for the wrinkles. Then you can see if the wrinkles are from over stretched or just folded. Trim adjustments in the leach, outhaul , luff and add a cunningham. There are wash solutions you can use in the bath tub(West Marine) you do not want to wash out the resin. FL are really good , with computer listings of all boats and sails with all measurements.

Don't EVER EVER EVER EVER use anything with bleach in it to clean sails!!! The acidic bleach will damage both the Dacron fabric and the resin coating. You can use mild detergent and a soft scrub brush to remove dirt and oils. I have had success with Lysol to reduce minor mildew stains and kill off the mildew spores. As for wrinkles, hoist and go sailing !!! it may remove a few. Refold the sails properly and bag them individually. If the sails are old and the resin treatment is worn out, there is a company in PA (http://www.sailcare.com/) that will clean, repair and re-treat the sails for a fraction of the cost of replacing them.

Lay them out on your lawn and clean them with a solution made of laundry detergent WITHOUT BLEACH. For grease spots use Dawn. Rinse very well, and hoist up a tree to dry. This is a great time to check all the seams for stiching repairs that may be needed. Fold and roll properly for maximum care.

a good scrub with some anti mould product would be a good start
and maybe some laundry bleach will help. as for the wrinkles a stiff breeze and a bottle of wine should help iron a few of them out

we just used "Tide with Bleach" and a beck brush. as for wrinkles never was a issue. Are you folding or rolling the sail--or just craming them back in the bags?
