i am working in shajah on sales exe. employment visa and have 3 year contract. i want to join another company. what is the process to change. what is about ban. how to escape this ban plz tell me in details.

The one-year ban is usually applied if there is a breach of labour law or contract. To avoid a ban the employee has to commit to the Labour Law and Employment Contract. In other words, if the contract is for a limited period, the employee has to complete the full period of employment as per the contract, whereas if the contract is for an unlimited period, the employee has to give his employer a one-month notice, and this should be after the expiry of one year from the date of starting work.
After you have fullfiled your contract you may transfer your visa to another sponsor instead of cancelling the visa.
Talk to your HR Department if it's possible to find an amicable solution.

As you said that you are working on 3 years contract ...so you need to complete than in order to get release, if your company co operates with you they can follow up and free from ban.
If you are hired by a Government there is no chance of getting Ban :)

what ever ur agreement u have to complete min one yr service and then give one month notice to leave the job.
