Can I "Enable WMA Playback" on my PSP without using a Wireless Access Point?

If I can, how do I do it?
If I can't, what other options do I have in regards to playing music on my PSP? (All of my music is WMA formatted)

No, you have to be online i.e. wifi connected in order to accept the licensing agreement.

Your only choice may be to convert them to MP3 or one of the other audio formats supported by PSP.

If you are lucky, you could try going to a college/university, downtown, starbucks, McDonalds, Barnes and Noble, or other book store or restaurant that offers wifi access.
