I have a Infiniti M 45 with navigation will it play dvd's ? If so how? If not what can i do?

I'm pretty sure it can play DVDs but the car has to be in park for that to happen otherwise the DVD will not play.

No. Although the navigation box says DVD, it just means that is a DVD based navigation systems (early Infiniti models where not DVD based system).

What can you do? you can either buy and aftermarket or a factory DVD player and install it in your M.
