I thought that 2006 was a bad year, but this year isn't starting off that well either. I'm stressed about school and that my daughter is a maniac 2 year old, I have tension, my ex still wants me, my crush may not be the person I thought, and I'm having financial issues. I need something stable in my life, I need to learn to relax and take it easy. How can I do this?

Luckily the year is still young and you have the power to change the out come. Try talking to someone detached from your life. (besides us) :)
Save some time for yourself where you do nothing but things YOU like.
Your 2 year old is probably acting out because she's sensing your uneasiness and it's making her uneasy.
Just because your ex wants you doesn't mean he has automatic rights to you, Maybe because your feeling so much pressure your expecting more from your crush than anyone could deliver. Try to be realistic in your expectations of him and of yourself .
I'm guessing the financial issues didn't happen over night and we all feel them after Christmas.
Remember you can only do and give so much. Your not wonder woman and realistically no one expects you to be.
All those people asking for money are only reminding you (it's there job) Pay less to each of them to keep everyone Happy as often as you can and eventually you'll catch up.
Don't be afraid to ask for help. This is at times the hardest lesson to learn. Good luck.
Your doing your best and it IS enough.

Relax, the beginning of a year always does this to people. Try support groups in your area, Parents Without Partners or a local church group. Give yourself a little time each day weather it be 5 or 10 minutes of you time. Things will look a lot better for you,and a word from the wise, your daughter is the stable one in your life. Good luck.

awww. that's a lot of problems. most people have to deal with what you're going through right now... at some point of their life, or for their whole life. Take a deep breath.

You need an escape. Do something for yourself. Take an art class, start doing yoga or pilates, exercise, run, walk, bike, listen to some music by yourself, read a book. Find some time for yourself!!!... and do something for only you.

good luck! i know how life can feel so crappy. Just try and find some good. there's got to be something.

All you need to do is relax. In the beginning of years many stressful thigs appear. Just calm your mind down. Also, things can really change afteer a period of time. Don't let these things bother you one bit. Also make a decision that can get you out of this. Somethng like this happened to me before. I just let it pass and froget it.

Find something that you enjoy and set aside some time each day to do it, Read, taking a hot bath, something you can do regularly. I have adult add i think because i dont have a "one thing" but I have that time every day where I do something like jump in the car and go watch the sun set at the beach or read or work on crafts or draw so I guess my one thing is that hour every day to myself. create your own stability in that one thing, that way no matter how bad the day gets you can always look forward to that one thing you get to do.

This answer is not to say that drugs are the answer but smoking some pot maybe the answer.

You have alot going on, smoking alittle may slow things down.

Lots of people are doing it.

Or you can goto your doctor, inform him that you are very tensed & have alot on your plate, let him prescribe some medicne.

Or yoga, I have heard some great things it has done to alot of tensed out people.

Please do not be offended by anything I say. I am simply giving you something that has helped me...there is a verse in the Bible which seems to this point. Matthew 11:28 says, "Come to me all who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest." This is Jesus talking and I honestly know that if you ask Him, He will help you! Thanks for reading!

Aww.. i don't know what to say to help you, pray maybe and definately do charity work, when you see whAt others have to put up with then you'll be more appreciative of what you HAVE.
As my mother would say, when you can't help yourself, go help someone else. Goodluck.
