Take a catnap: A 10-minute nap virtually anywhere-at home, on the office floor, in the car (providing you're not driving of course!)-can be refreshing
Visualization: Take a quick "mental break" by envisioning a favorite place in your mind-whether it be the ocean, the mountains, or your own backyard. Concentrate on "seeing", "smelling" and "hearing" the things you imagine.
Massage: Close your eyes and use your fingertips to vigorously massage your forehead and the back of your neck. Rub in circles, and rub hard.
Breathing: Increased tension results in rapid, shallow breathing. For better relaxation, inhale slowly, hold your breath, and exhale slowly. Count to eight during each phase.
Abdominal breathing: Lie on the floor with your face up, body relaxed, and eyes closed. Exhale, blowing all the air out of your lungs, and push out your abdomen. Then pull in your abdomen, press down on it with your hand, and inhale deeply. Relax, letting the abdomen return to its normal position. Breathe normally for several minutes; then repeat the cycle.
Get out of the rut: Making up new ways to do old things can be a great reliever of both stress and boredom. Try taking different routes when driving to work, or change the way you do ordinary tasks such as putting on makeup, fixing your hair, or getting dressed.
Sing in the shower: Loud singing demands deep breathing, which relaxes the singer. Hold the notes for as long as you can.
Develop hobbies: What's fun for you can be good for you. Whatever your interests are, indulge them. Feeling competent and in control is relaxing.
Relaxation response: Sit comfortably in a quiet place with eyes closed and muscles deeply relaxed. Silently count to yourself with each inhaled and exhaled breath. Concentrate on deep breathing.
Stretch: Standard stretching exercises are good for relieving tension."

you get stressed from exams cause you think to much for the answerer's you look for. Try and get your mind to wonder of somewhere, or try and have fun, play with any brothers or sisters you have, just find the best thing to do to get rid of your thoughts from the exams.

Religious mantra-based meditation assists in communion with God.
Meditation increases the ability of the mental ‘muscle’ to concentrate longer on your breath, your body, a mantra or sound, all of which could have a powerful impact on the rest of your life. Development of mental muscle helps calm your mind when it starts worrying, by gently leading it away from its painful or frightening preoccupations towards the present. The result? Instead of spinning out of balance when problems crop up, you stay focused and grounded.
There are those who fear that meditation will de-focus them, relax them to a point of lethargy while they need to experience high anxiety and energy levels to do the job at hand in these demanding times. They believe they need the tension to bring out their best. But meditation will have a healthy effect — it will bring you down to earth into the present moment, where your life is actually taking place. Remember, John Lennon once sang: "Life is what’s happening while you’re busy making other plans".
To those who protest that they have no time for meditation, I ask: Can’t you find 10-15 minutes daily to meditate? Stress is an internal experience. Regular meditation helps you slow down the mind and create an inner space so that you don’t feel so pressured in your mind and heart, where it really counts. So what if you cannot cross your legs and sit comfortably on the floor to meditate. The purpose of meditation is mental and physical awareness and peace. You can meditate while kneeling or sitting on a chair or even lying down or walking. Make sure your back is kept relatively straight, free from any strain.
Falling asleep or getting anxious are common problems faced by beginners. For the first, meditate with your eyes open or even splash water on your face. For the latter, relax your body before meditating. When concentration levels get better, you will be able to observe the restlessness without allowing it to disturb your meditation.
Often we think the spiritual world can only be experienced with closed eyes. The ability to ponder and inquire quietly within, uncovering and understanding the ways of our psyche with acceptance will make us more understanding. This will express itself outwardly in worldly relationships. But the universe is a parti-cipatory affair. You can practise being detached even while being engaged in worldly pursuits.
Meditation is giving attention to the present moment with non-judgmental awareness, an open inquiry into what is. It is not about attaining or changing anything or looking for a higher experience. It is coming back to where we are now and throwing the light of awareness with feeling, merging the senses with the present.

relax exams is only astage of ur life u will pass then u will complete ur life,

well, i think everybody gets tired and sleepy every eaxm, and it's natural.
well, you'd better go to sleep and rest your eyes to refresh your mind. but also, before taking the exams, like 5 minute's before the exam, don't ever study and memorize, just scan your notes, or go to rest, cause if you don't, you'll have mental block.

da best advice tht i ve ever heard was to just stay calm
take 5 minutes of ur study time for meditation n dont get scared!
thts da best advice tht anybody cud give u!

Yea I understand I go through the same thing. Just unwind and listen to music that you enjoy, that's what I do....

just tell your self you are Normal..and that will reduce most of the stress..for you. don't feed your stress with fear
